The report is $9.99, paid once. If you change your mind within 14 days, you get all of it back. No questions asked.

The policy

  • 14 days. Ask within 14 days of buying your report.
  • No questions asked. You do not need to give a reason.
  • The full amount. We refund the whole price, to the card or account you paid with.
  • One product. This covers the one-time report for the Compass and Values tests. Everything else on the site is free.

How to ask for a refund

  1. 1Reply to your report emailThe email that delivered your report is the quickest way, because it tells us which purchase it is.
  2. 2Or write to usNo email to hand? Write to the address below from the email you used at checkout.
  3. 3We issue the refundWe refund the payment through Dodo Payments. Your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few working days.

Who handles the payment

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for the report. They process the payment, handle sales tax or VAT and send the receipt. Refunds go back through Dodo to the way you paid. We never see your full card details.

After a refund

The private report link and the PDF stop working once the refund goes through. Your free result, its share image and its link keep working as before. How we handle order data is explained in the privacy policy.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live, and does not reduce them. The full terms for the report are in our terms of use.
